Noah's Ark of Culture
Noah's Ark of Culture
Building Martian Society Through Clothes, Food and Shelter.
As the Mars habitation era becomes increasingly realistic, space is no longer an unreachable frontier, but something that is ready to be grasped.
To make Mars a comfortable and inclusive living environment, a wide range of knowledge and insights from various fields are required.
Our mission is to make Mars habitation accessible to not only astronauts and early settlers, but for the general civilization.
MAKE MARS OUR NEW HOME.
Preservation of Earth Culture
Today, with entities like NASA, JAXA, and private enterprises like SpaceX delving into space exploration and Mars migration plans, the focus has predominantly been on technological advancement.
However, the role of traditional heritage in these new frontiers remains largely unexplored.
History suggests that just as the Industrial Revolution initially overlooked traditions, the era of Mars migration might begin similarly.
Traditional heritage will confront an unprecedented level of extinction threat compared to previous challenges due to drastic change in priorities.
However, the 'beauty,' 'warmth,' 'humanness,' 'emotion,' 'joy,' and 'inspiration' felt in the fields of traditional culture, art, and architecture that humanity has cultivated on Earth over many years are areas that are indispensable for the expansion of humanity into space and Mars.
These aspects offer a spiritual richness and value that science, technology, and engineering alone cannot provide.
Currently, mega brands continue to thrive through luxury branding and efficient supply chain management, while many local workshops are on the verge of extinction. Martian development could exacerbate this threat.
"Noahs Ark of Culture" focuses on small local workshops around the globe that holds potential, yet are overlooked because of weak branding and business strategies.
Through unification of supply-chain and branding of an "Earth Culture", the traditional heritage and cultures of the Earth can be collectively managed and sustained amidst the drastic change in priorities.
Transfer Earth Culture to Mars
Through the 'Noah's Ark Project of Culture,' our aim is to preserve, research, and develop the human cultures and traditions necessary for the future Martian lifestyle.
We will collect and adapt Earth's cultures to suit Martian life, transporting and establishing them in alignment with evolving needs and preferences.
Through collaborations with engineers and the space development industry, we will create new traditions and cultural elements tailored for future Martian society.
Our ultimate goal is to support Martian culture in three key areas: clothing, food, and shelter, ensuring they satisfy both the psychological and physical aspects of human life.
